Made with fresh cream from Gray-based Baker Brook Farm, artisanal butter from Casco Bay Creamery, and Maine sea salt, our Flagship Caramels carry the taste of beautiful state from land to sea. This is the very first product that we sold from our home kitchen on Isle au Haut in 2007, and it is still a long-standing customer favorite. As with all of our hand-made confections, we use only organic , fairly-traded sugar and directly traded chocolates from Latin America.
