Evan Smith is the saxophonist for the band Bleachers and has collaborated with the likes of St. Vincent, Taylor Swift, Lorde, and Lana Del Ray. He’s also the founder of Evan's Rockin' Hot Sauce — an approachable, fun-loving (and vegan) hot sauce built with a DIY spirit and an understated obsession with quality. He started selling bottles of his homemade sauce while on tour with Bleachers back in 2017— his bandmates would help him scribble on the labels and they would sell them at the merch table after the show. Made in Maine, this original small-batch-recipe hot sauce combines the punch of Fresno chilies and garlic with the smooth sweetness of banana.
